木漏れ日
Our Story
Komorebi (木漏れ日) is the Japanese word for sunlight filtering through the leaves of trees. It's the feeling we built this shop around: a few unhurried minutes, light coming through, nothing to rush.
Why we started
We believe that routines and daily rituals will soothe the body and soul.
How we choose
We keep the collection small on purpose. Every piece is made from natural materials like bamboo, wood, sisal and ceramic, and works in a simple daily ritual: lighting incense, whisking a bowl of matcha, a warm bath at the end of the day.
We work with small makers and brands rather than mass marketplaces, and each piece ships directly from the people who make or stock it.
