Ceremonial Matcha — Uji, Kyoto
Bright green, sweet and full of umami. Grown in the Uji region of Kyoto and packed fresh in Baltimore.

- Ingredients: matcha green tea
- Caffeine: about 80–100 mg per cup
- Sizes: 40 g pouch (about 13 bowls) or 200 g pouch (about 66 bowls)
How to make it
Whisk 1.5 teaspoons (3 g) with a splash of hot water, about 175–195°F, into a smooth paste. Add about ⅓ cup more water and whisk until frothy. For iced, pour over ice and milk.

Storage
Once opened, use within 3–6 months. Keep in an airtight, light-safe container.
